Location: Carrollton TX

Contractor - Hourly Rate (FTE Equivalent): USD $38.46

Remote/Onsite: 100% Onsite

Duration: Contract role (conversion potential but not guaranteed)

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be the strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for driving the full life-cycle recruitment of top-tier Engineering, Product, and Technology talent. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We're looking for someone with an intuitive approach to technical sourcing, leveraging a deep understanding of our technology stack (e.g., programming languages, cloud environments, frameworks) to deploy highly creative and non-traditional sourcing strategies.

You will be expected to operate as a true consultant to engineering leaders, setting benchmarks, forecasting, tracking against key metrics (like time-to-fill for niche roles and source-of-hire), and prioritizing effectively to meet demanding service level agreements (SLAs) for critical technical roles.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of dedicated technical recruiting experience (recruiting engineers, data scientists, technology leaders, and product managers) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated intuition and expertise in leveraging technology stacks to inform sourcing strategy (e.g., understanding the difference between a Python/AWS developer's profile versus a C#/Azure developer's profile).
  • Proven experience with building and utilizing creative, non-traditional sourcing plans and tools, including advanced Boolean searching, proactive phone/internet research, and targeted outreach to passive technical talent.
  • Exceptional client and candidate management skills focused on delivering the highest level of customer service.
  • Strong working knowledge of current federal/state employment regulations (EEOC, ADA, etc.).
  • High proficiency in utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing a large volume of technical candidates.
  • Excellent MS Office skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing technical landscapes.

All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status. We consider all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with state and local laws, including the California Fair Chance Act, City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance.
